Through the Incentivizing DEIB in WP program, the WPOCC aims to increase the visibility and frequency of DEIB topics in WordPress community and WP community events.

このプログラムは、特定のイベントや役割において、WordPressコミュニティを通じてDEIBを推進する個人に対し、資金面での支援を行います。

The WPOCC will provide a $200-$2000 stipend to:

• DEIBに関するテーマを取り上げるパネリストおよびモデレーター、または
• WordCampやWordPressコミュニティの主催者で、DEIB担当を務めている方、またはイベントでDEIBを推進している方、もしくは
• DEIBに焦点を当てた講演を行う登壇者、または
• DEIBを公に支持・推進してきたWordPressの貢献者やコミュニティメンバー。

要件

資金の効果的な活用と適切な配分を確保するため、受給者は以下の基準を満たす必要があります：

• DEIBを議論の主要なテーマとしなければならない
• 特定のイベントや役割を対象とし、開始日と終了日が明確に定められている必要があります
• すべてのイベント・ディスカッションは承認が必要です
• 当団体の財政的スポンサーの要件を満たしている必要があります
• Cannot have previously received a stipend from the WPOCC
• Note: The recipient is still eligible to receive additional WPOCC funding after receiving this grant

仕組み

奨学金の受給手続きをできるだけ簡素化することを目指しています：

• A Nomination Form is available for the recipient, event organizers, or general WordPress community to inform the WPOCC.
• If the nomination is approved by the WPOCC, the recipient will be notified of the stipend.
• To accept the stipend, the recipient must complete an acceptance form and miscellaneous financial paperwork with the WPOCC.
• 給付額は、個々のイベントやフォーラムの内容、および予算の都合によって異なります。
• 助成金はすべて、個別の審査を経て交付されます。

資金源

This program’s funding comes from the WPOCC General Fund, which is supported by individual and company donations, partnerships, and sponsorships within the WordPress community.

行動規範

Until a Code of Conduct specific to the WPOCC and its operations is adopted, all Stipend recipients, volunteers, and members of the WP Open Community Collective will be required to adhere to the WordPress Community Code of Conduct.
